The following consular services are available to all non-Iranian students in Markazi Province.

1- Applying for study visa for newcomers

Students must complete the following steps after enrolling in the University for obtaining a visa:

1- Referring to the university's education department and obtaining a certificate of enrollment for the issuance of a visa

2-  Completion of the following documents:

     1-1 Original passport  

     2-2 Three pieces of 3*4 photo

     3-2 Copy of the first page of the passport (2 series) 

    4-2  Scan the first page of the passport and 3x4 photo with description and delivery on  CD  Download passport scan profile & Download Photo Scan Profile

    5-2 Passport authentication certificate from Naja Tehran

    6-2 Completion of Visa Application Form (2 Series) Download the form

    7-2 Deposit transfer amount of 230,000 Rials to account number 2171155213001 Melli Bank of Iran  

    8 -2 Letter of reckoning from the Citizens' Administration of the Provincial Governorate of your     residence province(for the citizens of Afghanistan residing in Iran)

3- Referring  to the Consular Office and delivery of the above documents

4- Re-visiting After 20 working days to the consular affairs office and receive your passport for departure from Iran and entry with Study Visa.

Note: It should be noted that the registration and taking courses of students in the second semester is subjected to the presentation of a valid residence permission to the University.

 

2- Application for Residence Permission 

After getting the visa and entering Iran, students will receive a  E-visa, which will have 20 days to complete the application process for applying for a residence permission.

1- Referring to the University's education department and obtain an educational certificate to issue the residence permission.

2- Completion of the following documents:

    1-1 Original passport      

    2-2 Three pieces of 3*4 photo 

    3-2 Copy of the first page of the passport (3 series) 

    4-2 Copy of Study Visa Letter and stamp of Entry to Iran (2 Series) 

     5-2 Copy of annual insurance policy from HayateAmn insurance     www.HayateAmn.ir

     6-2 Completion of Consular Affairs Form (2 series)      Download the console form

     7-2 Completion of Residence Permission Application Form (2 Series) Download the form 

     8-2 Deposit transfer amount of 200,000 Rials to account number 2171155213001 Melli Bank of Iran

     9 -2 Copy of birth certificate and copy of residence of student's family (if student is born in Iran

3-Referring to the Consular Office and delivery of the above documents

4- Re-visiting after 30 working days to the consular affairs office and receive your passport with the residence permission stamp.

Note: If the issuance of student residence permitssion is not made within the legal period, a fine of 450,000 Rials will be penalized by the immigration police for each delayed day.

 

 

3- Extension request of residence permission

Applicants must complete the following steps to apply for a residence permission extension.

1- Referring to the University's education department and obtain an enrollment certificate to extend the residence permission.

 2- Completion of following documents:

    1-2 Original passport 

     2-2 Two pieces of 3*4 photo

     3-2 Copy of the first page of the passport (2 series)

     4-2 Copy from passport residence page

      5-2 Copy of annual insurance policy from HayateAmn insurance     www.HayateAmn.ir

      6-2 Completion of Application form for  Extension of Residence Permission  (2 Series) Download the form

      7-2 Completion of Consular Affairs Form (2 series)      Download the console form

      8-2 Deposit transfer amount of 200,000 Rials to account number 2171155213001 Melli Bank of Iran

      9-2 Copy of passport validity form (for the citizens of Afghanistan who have old handwritten passport)

3- Referring to the Consular Office and delivery of the above documents.

4- Re-visiting After 15 working days to the consular affairs office and receive your passport with a new residence stamp.

Note 1: Students must extend their residence permission a month before the expiration date.

 

4- Exit visa issuance and return

Applicants must complete the following steps to apply for departure and return.

1- Referring to the University's education department and obtain an enrollment certificat  

issuing the permission for departure and return

Note: It should be noted that the Student Financial non-Debt to University must be included in the enrollment certificate:

2- Completion of the following documents

     1-2 Original passport 

     2-2 Two pieces of 3*4 photo 

     3-2 Copy of the forst page of the passport (2 series) 

     4-2 Copy of the passport residence page 

     5-2 Completion of application form for departure and return (2 series)  Download Exit & Returns Form

3- Referring to the Consular Office and delivery of the above documents

4- Re-visiting after a week to the consular office and receive your passport with the stamp of exit and return.

Note: Departure applicants must make tickets and plan the travel after obtaining the departure and return permission.

 

5- Issuance of permanent departure visa

Foreign students, after graduating, are no longer able to reside in Iran with a study visa and must leave the country. Applicants must complete the following steps to submit a definite exit request.

1-Referring to the University department of education and obtaining a graduate certificate and requesting a definite departure.

 Note: It should be noted that student financial non-Dept to University..

 Note: Citizens of Afghanistan who have resided in Iran prior to their education are being transformed.

2- Completion of the following documents

    1-2 Original passport  

     2-2 Two pieces of 3*4 photo 

     3-2 Copy of the first page of the passport (3 series)

     4-2 Copy of the passport residence page (2 series)

     5-2 Completion of application form for permanent departure (two series)    Download the definitive exit form

3- Referring to the Consular Office and delivery of the above documents.

4- Re-visiting After 25 days, you must return to the Department of State and receive your passport with a permanent departure stamp

Note: After receiving the passport from the Consular Office, the applicant must leave the country within the specified time.

Note: Delivering encyclopedia of foreign students is subjected to permanent departure visa.
